Let AI do the hard part of writing reports! With this spreadsheet you can quickly copy over your student names, attendance, grades and target grades etc. Then provide three short descriptors for each student, could be a single word, could be a sentance. The last cell populates with an instruction you can copy into chat gpt which will return a report for that student. You can then refine that report either by asking chat gpt to modify it or manually yourself.

I have done all the hard bits for you, you simply write the templates, then put in the student names and bits of data you wish to include and then pick the template/s you wish to apply to that student and the report will automatically generate. YouTube has loads of great educational, inspirational, interesting and amusing videos. But finding them takes time, lots of time. I have spent the last few months trawling through for some of the very best videos that should draw the attention of your students for a form/tutor time or an assembly or just a break in the lesson. There are various categories: History, Geography, Engineering, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Sport, World affairs, Music, Weird & Wonderful, Funny, Food, Animals and Art. I have picked videos that I hope will either entertain, educate or inspire discussion. This could be the perfect solution for those 5-10 minute time fillers that we all have during the week. I will be continuing to search for more videos and will post a Volume 2 as soon as it is ready, it may take another few months again however to ensure all the videos are a high enough standard.
